Xbaij Terms & Conditions — In Plain English

1General Information & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between xbaij (https://xbaij.bet) and its users. xbaij is an online betting and gaming platform offering Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on xbaij, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.

2Account Registration & Verification

To access xbaij's services, you must create a personal account. The following rules apply at the time of registration:

• Each individual is only permitted One Account can be opened. Creating multiple accounts will result in them being closed, and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure.
• Any changes to account details must be reported to xbaij immediately.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Large withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. We recommend finishing your profile as soon as you register.

3Age Restrictions & Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use xbaij's services, you must:

• At least the minimum age as of the date of registration 18 years of age must be.
• Must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must be of sound mind and fully aware of the consequences of your actions.

Xbaij may request identity documents at any time for age verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Xbaij accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment rules are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200. Maximum daily deposit limits apply.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Deposited funds will only be returned via the same payment method used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12–24 hours are completed. In special cases, it may take up to 72 hours.
• Xbaij uses fraud prevention measures on all transactions and reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction.
• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting, casino, and other games on xbaij:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the Cash Out feature may be used where applicable.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. In live betting, odds can change rapidly.
• Xbaij reserves the right to cancel bets that were confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with xbaij's own policy.
• Maximum winnings for Sports Betting vary depending on the game and market.
• Bets affected by match fixing or other misconduct may be voided.

During live betting, network delays may occasionally cause bets to be rejected. This is due to technical reasons and xbaij is not liable for such occurrences.

6Bonus, Promo & Rewards Policy

Xbaij offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Before using them, please review the general terms below:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be cashed out after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• Each promotional offer can only be used once per person. Using the same offer multiple times from the same household, IP address, or device will result in the bonus being voided.
• Xbaij reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, xbaij reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings earned from it.

7Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the xbaij platform:

• Multiple Accounts — Only one account is allowed per mobile number or ID.
• Providing False Information — Using a false identity during registration or verification.
• Use of Software or Bots — Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Fraud or Match Fixing — any attempt to influence the outcome of a match or event.
• Money Laundering — Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• System Exploitation — Exploiting technical glitches or bugs for personal gain.
• Threats or Harassment — Inappropriate behavior toward other players or xbaij staff.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, xbaij reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit the balance.

8Account Suspension & Closure

There are two scenarios when it comes to account closure:

Closed at user's request: You can close your account at any time through our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing and check the terms of any active bonuses.

Closed at xbaij's discretion: xbaij may close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may not be refunded. However, if it was closed due to inactivity, you may be able to recover your balance by getting in touch with us.

9Responsible Gaming
